Meet The Staff

Rev. Jennifer Dee

Pastor

Pastor Jen was born and bred in New England.  She spent 18 summers at Camp Calumet Lutheran as a camper and staff member up in New Hampshire.  She attended Keene State College (Keene, NH) followed by several years of teaching and youth work before attending the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.  Her first call was to a congregation in Loogootee, IN, so she is happy to be back in the Northeast, closer to friends and family in New England.  She has a passion for singing, cooking, running, spending time with youth, and blogging about faith and life.  She and her husband, Billy, can be found walking, taking pictures, home brewing, cooking or relaxing. Rev. Eileen Smith LeVan

Associate Pastor
Pastor Eileen and her husband Brian are Robesonia residents since 2020.   Pastor Eileen was ordained as an ELCA pastor in 1998, and has served in parishes in Pennsylvania and California.  Before her life as a pastor, she served as a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy and as a registered nurse in labor and delivery.  Her most recent assignment before joining us at Trinity was as the part-time interim pastor at St. Paul’s in Auburn, PA.  In the midst of the pandemic, she and Brian started attending services on-line at Trinity and they officially became members in 2021.  As of January, 2023, she was hired as our part-time associate pastor.  Pastor Eileen and Brian reside with two cats, Brigit and Rowan, and they consider themselves “cat” people.  She is a life-long Lutheran and hopes (and prays) that she will help to chart a faithful course into the future here at Trinity. Kathie Matthew

Administrative Assistant

In 2013, after retiring from a thirty-five-year career as Conrad Weiser Middle School’s librarian, Kathie joined the Trinity staff.  In   2018, she and her husband, Dennis, moved to their “dream home” on the coast of Maine, but the arrival of grandchildren in PA called them back to their roots.  When the opportunity to return to her previous position at Trinity arose, she happily accepted the offer and enjoyed reconnecting with the staff and members of the congregation.  In her spare time, Kathie enjoys singing with her community chorus, needlework, and reading.  She and Dennis reside in Cornwall, are the parents of two adult sons, and return to Maine to hike and kayak several times a year. Chris and her husband, Doug have been married for over 25 years and live in Wyomissing. Their son Jacob recently took off for college in Florida, making them empty nesters. Their clan includes 4 adult children and 4 grandsons. When Chris isn’t hanging out with the awesome youth at Trinity, she enjoys cooking and traveling. E-Mail
